    1.   Free Credit Report

We get a copy of your credit report, so you know exactly what’s on there.

    2.   Free Credit Assessment

After getting a copy of your credit report for you, we complete a free credit assessment. We explain any listings to you and look into
your financial situation so you can decide if credit restoration is the right option for you.

    3.   Budget

We work with you to form a budget based on your financial situation

    4.   Plan to move forward

We create a plan for you moving forward. At this point you can decide whether you would like to continue with the process of

              credit restoration.

    5.   Gather Information

If you decide credit restoration is right for you, we start working on your file straight away. We gather all information which may be
relevant to your listings so that we can start building a case.

    6.   Correspondence drafted

Based on the information you have given us, we draft correspondence to send to your creditors.

    7.   You return the PCF

You return your privacy consent form, which allows us to communicate with your creditors.

    8.   Appointed a case manager

You are appointed one of our trained case managers, to communicate with your creditors on your behalf.

    9.   Follow up

We continue to communicate with your creditors, following up with them on a regular basis.

    10. Response

A response is received from your creditors. Most cases are then resolved at this point in the process.

    11. Response is reviewed

If the response from your creditor is positive, the listing is then removed, or an agreed outcome occurs.

    12. Appointed an escalation manager

You are appointed an escalation manager, who reviews the investigation up until this point. The escalation manager then researches
and identifies any further contestable reasons to add to your case.

    13. Further correspondence

We then communicate with your creditors further based on the additional research conducted by the escalation manager.

    14. Follow up

Our escalations team continue to follow up with your creditor frequently

    15. Response received

If the response is then positive, the listing is now removed, or another agreed outcome occurs. In the case of a negative
response, your file will then move on to stage 16.

    16. Preparation for an independent body

Your case is then prepared to be escalated to an independent body. We have already made an investigation, researched any laws relating to           your case and interacted with your creditor. This helps us to prepare a strong case to move forward with an independent body.
It is important to note that this stage is not relevant in most of our cases.

    17. Independent body

We then interact closely with an independent body to ensure you have a good chance of success. If we receive a positive response,
the listing is removed, or another agreed outcome occurs. If a positive response has not been received up until this point, your file
may move on to stage 18.

    18. Legal Action

If relevant grounds exist, and a positive response still has not been received, we may look at pursuing legal action.
